Analysing Blood Smear Data Appropriately

A manuscript detailing the analysis of blood smear data using compositional statistics is currently in preparation, and this repository will accompany the publication of that manuscript. The repository contains the code used to conduct the analyses described in the manuscript, as well as documentation and explanations of the methods used.
