Improving Respirometry Data Analysis

This pipeline takes raw FireSting output and returns a csv formatted to the user's specifications for oxygen curve extraction using analysis tools such as LabChart. There is an optional second part of the pipeline that then takes the collected oxygen curves and conducts the metabolic rate calculations for the user.

Born out the need for a more efficient and user-friendly way to process respirometry data, this pipeline was developed to streamline the data analysis process and make it more accessible to researchers and practitioners in the field. By automating the data processing steps, this pipeline allows users to focus on interpreting their results and drawing meaningful conclusions from their experiments, rather than getting bogged down in the technical details of data manipulation.
